Conveniently located on the Main Floor of the hotel, the Gulf Room has 10’ ceiling height and large windows that afford ample natural lighting. You may host a meeting for 15 people Conference style or Hollow Square, 20 people U Shape or graciously entertain 50+ guests Theatre style for a meeting or casual reception, as well as 40 guests seated for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Bay Room

The Bay Room features 384 square feet of meeting and event space. Conveniently located on the Main Floor of the hotel, the Bay Room has 10’ ceiling height and large windows that afford ample natural lighting. The Bay Room will allow you may host a meeting for 12 people Conference style or Hollow Square, 15 people U Shape or graciously entertain 40 guests Theatre style for a meeting or casual reception, as well as 32 guests seated for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enhanced by a granite-topped credenza, this executive space allows you to entertain while conducting your meeting.

SRQ Boardroom

Confidently invite 8 VIPs to this state-of-the-art Boardroom – sure to impress even the most discriminating attendee.  Conveniently located on the Main Floor of the hotel, the Bay Room has 10’ ceiling height and large windows to afford ample natural lighting. Offering 257 square feet of spacious, well-designed interior space, the SRQ Boardroom sets the mood for business success with all the modern amenities and all the sophistication you demand.  Enhanced by a granite-topped credenza, this executive space allows you to entertain while conducting your meeting.
